Terms and Conditions

Welcome and well done for signing up to the 5 session program.

Here are some definitions of terms for this agreement:

‘You’ – You as the personal customer participating in the program.

‘Me’ - Shivani Thakersee of Infinitude Self-Care

‘Session’ - Your personal on-line appointment or scheduled call time

‘Program’ – The specific plan agreed between you and Shivani Thakersee

Commitment

I have total belief in the effectiveness of my services; however, a team effort is needed to get results. Success requires personal commitment from you to attend calls and do the allocated homework.

Payment

Payment is to be received in full before first session commences.

Failure to complete payment will result in your programme being suspended and first payment non-refundable.

Bookings

Sessions are defined as time allocated for private on-line treatments. It is the client's responsibility to book all their private on-line sessions and are based on first come- first serve. You are highly advised to book all your sessions upon making payment to secure your preferred date and time. Any unused sessions cannot be rolled over beyond 12 months of signing and paying for the program and cannot be refunded.

Scheduled calls will be on the appointment date and time as agreed.

Private on-line sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session and can be rescheduled. Cancellations

within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being used up.

If you the client do not feel I am fit for you within the first session, you can request a refund within 24 hours of the first session and the program will cease. Once the first session has been completed, the programme will run for 12 months since signing and paying for the program.

Guarantee

We operate on a satisfaction based guarantee- If you feel I am not the best fit, let me know within 24 hours of the first scheduled session and I will refund you fully. No questions asked.

Any deviation from the above will void the guarantee.
