Terms and Conditions

Welcome and well done for signing up to Conscious Evolution and Infinite Abundance,


Here are some definitions of terms for this agreement:

‘You’ – You as the personal customer participating in the group program. 

‘Me’ - Shivani Thakersee of Infinitude Self-Care

‘Session’ - Your personal on-line appointment or scheduled call time

‘Program’ – The specific plan agreed between you and Shivani Thakersee


I have total belief in the effectiveness of my services; however, a team effort is needed to get results. Success requires personal commitment from you to attend calls, do the allocated homework, listen to the meditations a minimum of three times before the next call.



Payment is to be received before first session commences. Either full payment for the program or first installment (of £397). The second and third installments will be taken in the following consecutive 2 months.

Failure to complete payment will result in your programme being suspended.



Sessions are defined as time allocated for private on-line treatments and scheduled calls. It is the client's responsibility to book all their private on-line sessions within the first 4 months from the start date of the program that will then take place over the 11 month program. Private on-line appointments are and based on first come- first serve basis. You are highly advised to book all your sessions upon making payment to secure your preferred date and time. Any unused sessions cannot be rolled over and cannot be refunded.

Scheduled calls will be on the date and time as advertised, unless under emergency situations where it will be rescheduled and you will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice.


Cancellations and refunds

Private on-line sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session and can be rescheduled. Cancellations

within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being used up. Each session can only be

cancelled and changed once. Please be aware of the length of your programme. If you the client

do not feel I am for you within the first session, you can request a refund within 24 hours of the first scheduled call and the program will cease. Once the first session has been completed, the programme will run it’s full length or till the next payment is due, providing all fees have been settled.



We operate on a satisfaction based guarantee- If you feel I am not the best fit, let me know within 24 hours of the first scheduled call and I will refund you fully. No questions asked.

Any deviation from the above will void the guarantee.
